What is remote unmoderated testing?

At Milkshake Research we use various tools to perform a remote unmoderated test. We assess every project individually to see which tool is most suitable. Options are a click test, preference test, navigation test and 5 seconds test. Or a combination of these! We will often record the sessions so we will be able to gather qualitative information afterwards.

At Milkshake Research we continuously perform remote unmoderated tests, during every sprint in the design phase. But also after going live.
