We observe your target audience in their natural surroundings. The goal is to see how the user behaves. This helps to understand the context in which your product will be used.

In some situations we will combine observing with interviewing to get to the bottom of the reasoning behind their behaviour. This often means that users are willing to not only tell about their experiences, but also show you these experiences.
