The customer journey is based on actual (observed) behaviour of your users. It shows the journey that a person goes through while using your product. This means that the journey will likely differ per persona.

In order to be able to establish this customer journey per persona, we conduct interviews or observe respondents. If there is not enough time for interviews or observations, it is possible to create the customer journey based on existing knowledge and assumptions.
