A/B testing enables you to show two different versions of a live website to customers. 50% of the visitors will see version A and 50% will see version B. We can also perform a multivariate analysis, which enables us to test 3 or more options. The version that shows significantly better results can be implemented in the live website.

At Milkshake Research, a test-idea will also come from a hypotheses that is derived from previous research such as surveys, card sorting, expert reviews, usability tests, online feedback tools and data analytics. We use various tools, sometimes with our own account and sometimes with an existing account that is already implemented at your website. Tools that can be used are Visual Website Optimizer, Optimizely and Google Optimize.

A/B testing at Milkshake Research is part of a continuous CRO-program, which means that we test, analyse and evaluate monthly.
