Milkshake research handles personal data of prospects and other contacts. We do this to optimally help our contacts and achieve our goals. In this privacy statement we elaborate why and how we use your personal data. We don’t employ a data protection officer, but we’re here to answer any questions you may have. We process the following personal data
Name and surname, phone number, email address, job title, contact history, IP- address, cookie ID (read more about cookies in our cookie statement) and browsing behavior.

We also store personal data to improve our services. For example, we analyze clicks on our website to monitor which articles are read most and to see if our newsletters are relevant.

⟶ Contact form
You can state if Milkshake Research should contact you. The email addresses are stored and only used to contact you.

Right of data subjects
GDPR stipulates a set of rights for everyone. We do our very best to comply with these rights. Have any tips or comments? Let us know!

Insight in data
Naturally, it’s possible to see which of your data we use and store. We’re glad to tell you why and how we do this.

We can delete all of your data which we have stored.
⟶ Constraint
If you think we’re unjustly or incorrectly using your data, you can limit our use of this data.

You can file an objection about our use of your personal data.
⟶ Transferability
You can request your data if you wish to have it transferred to you.
⟶ Human decisions
Milkshake research doesn’t use automated decision-making processes. Your data is always used with a human touch.
If you wish to call upon any of the rights listed above, you need to contact us. After having contacted us, if you feel your rights have been violated you have the right to file a complaint to the supervisor, the personal data protection authority.

 
Retention period
We only store your personal data for as long as we use it. The data we acquire to improve our services, such as clicking behavior, we store for a period of one (1) year. The data we acquire through your contact form is deleted as soon as we satisfy your questions/remarks/comments. The use of the data mentioned before is necessary for the promotion of our interests of Milkshake research as the party responsible for the processing of data.

MakerStreet Design
Milkshake research is onderdeel van MakerStreet Design. MakerStreet Design is product- en brand design groep die bestaat uit de volgende bedrijven: Soda Studio, Resoluut, Mr Koreander en Milkshake research.

Third party receivers
Milkshake research employs third parties for the execution of some of its services. These third parties are not receivers of personal data but rather data controllers. The third-party service providers Milkshake research works with are:

⟶ Google for the processing of e-mail, route & analytics data
⟶ Homerun for the processing of vacancies
⟶ Hotjar for the processing and analyzing of user data, such as time spent by users on Milkshake research’s website

These parties process personal data in accordance to the privacy guidelines stipulated by Milkshake research.

The Milkshake research website uses links to refer to other websites. Milkshake research is not responsible for the data processing methods of these websites.

Peter Klaas en Pieter doken eerst de winkel in. In verschillende AH to go filialen observeerden we een dag lang mensen. Op stations en in een ziekenhuis. Ook interviewden we klanten. Gebruikten die eigenlijk wel de app? En zo ja, op welke manier en wanneer? Was dat al in de trein of pas als ze in de winkel stonden? Met deze input in ons achterhoofd schreven we een script voor een user test. De user test bestond uit drie delen: een pre-test interview, de user test zelf en een exit interview.
